The Program
A cohort-based experience designed to support key talent in developing sustainable leadership skills necessary to become a leader worth following.

Unique access to industry leaders and expert content facilitation by Milestone Leadership’s senior staff and select partners in a small-group format.
Cohorts of participants—cross-company—will learn together how to:

Build a diverse, local industry network
Includes five, half-day cohort sessions, up to four hours of assessment-based executive coaching, and enrollment in the Milestone Leadership Intensive.

Through the program, you will interact with leaders from many industries. Our team at Milestone Leadership is here to guide and facilitate your experience.

Alex Cornett
Chief Executive Officer, Interim
​
Alex has over 30 years of leadership experience in the food industry, working in leadership roles at Steak and Ale Corporation, The Pillsbury Company, and General Mills. Prior to joining Milestone Leadership, Alex built Pillsbury's cross-functional business team in NWA, leading the team through and after the General Mills acquisition of Pillsbury. Alex has been around since the very beginning of LCS, and he is a facilitator and coach for the program.

Susan Holt
Project Coordinator​
Susan serves as a Project Coordinator at Milestone Leadership. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Marketing from the University of Arkansas and has served NWA as an adult educator for 14 years. Susan serves on the delivery team, managing various projects with Milestone Leadership in for-profit and nonprofit sectors. For the Leadership Circle for Suppliers, Susan is responsible for communication, logistics, and making the details run smoothly.

Lori Brown
Executive in Residence

Lori is a seasoned executive with a history of successfully leading consumer goods organizations. Lori is known for building high-performance teams and enjoyed a 26-year career with large CPG companies and spent over 20 years leading business development initiatives with large customers, including Walmart and Sam's Club. Her career has featured progressive growth in responsibility and challenge at both Sara Lee and Kimberly-Clark. Lori is the main facilitator and serves as an executive coach to participants in the program.
